Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TeraGrab in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

TeraGrab is an online tool that resolves TeraBox share links and provides users with a direct stream or download of the associated video file. The service is provided on a free and paid basis as described on our Pricing page.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
• You must not share your account credentials with others or allow others to access the service through your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@teragrab.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You may use TeraGrab only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Submit TeraBox links to content you do not have the right to download or stream.
• Use the service to download, reproduce, or distribute copyrighted material without authorisation from the rights holder.
• Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable any rate limits, plan restrictions, or security measures.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the service in a manner that exceeds normal human usage, except through our official API with a valid API key.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of TeraGrab's systems.
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform or interfere with other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the service or its related systems.

Intellectual Property

TeraGrab does not host, store, or reproduce video files. We facilitate access to files already hosted on TeraBox's own infrastructure. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any content obtained through TeraGrab complies with all applicable copyright laws and the terms of service of TeraBox.

The TeraGrab name, logo, and platform code are our intellectual property. You may not use them without our written permission.

Plan Limits and API Use

Free plan users are limited to 10 downloads per day. Pro plan users have unlimited downloads. API usage is subject to per-request credit deductions as described on the Pricing page. We reserve the right to adjust limits with reasonable notice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or if continued access poses a risk to the platform or other users. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TeraGrab is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular TeraBox link will be resolvable. TeraBox may change or restrict access to their platform at any time, which may affect TeraGrab's ability to process links.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TeraGrab and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or inability to use it. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TeraGrab after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the date at the top of this page.
